I made a Roll up Blind!

So everyone I know, knows that i'm not the best at making things, I think its because i'm quite impatient and I tend to rush things along a little and get other people to do it for me! Anyway basically I had some help in learning how to use a sewing machine! and now the sewing world is my oyster!! I love neutrals and decided I wanted to make lots of cushions for my living room, but before doing those iv needed a blind in our downstairs toilet. Rather than practising my sewing skills by making lots of cushions first, I decided to make a roll up blind first of all! Using the sewing machine was great and took about 15 minutes to finish off the blind. The hard part was measuring the window and cutting the fabric!! (I blame being left handed so I always cut wonky?!) I basically just followed a step by step tutorial on google and wow am I proud of myself! I wish I had took photo's every step of the way but I was in that much of a rush to get on with it (Saturday night at dinner time) I forgot! Obviously I have took 100 photos of the finished product! I can't wait to get on with my next project!
